Abandonment
The abandonment (non-exercise; giving up) of an option (decision not to exercise or offset an option), then also called waiver (waiver: generally the intentional relinquishment of a right, claim, or privilege). – The sale of a share in a company founded on an obligation to make additional contributions (reverve liability: an obligation for additional contributions, if necessary), as in the case of a credit cooperative or a mine. – See call, premium business, subsidies.
