In the financial market as defined in Section 1, Paragraph, 1 of the German Banking Act (KWG), „companies that are not financial holding companies, mixed financial holding companies or institutions and that have at least one deposit-taking institution, one e-money institution, one securities trading company or one capital management company as a subsidiary. A mixed financial holding company group consists of a mixed financial holding company and its subsidiaries.“ – See
