Akataphasia also stammering and mogilalia (acataphasy, stammering)
The inability of a person to form coherent sentences. Critics – mostly from the arrogant literary elite – have repeatedly attributed such an affliction to the players on the financial market. This is justified by the fact that communication there often takes place in single words only, for example: „bought“, „hold“. However, the fact that the recipient of even a single word knows very well what is meant by it, and that – to put it another way – there are very well entire sentences behind these words, is apparently not recognized due to a lack of knowledge about the financial market and a lack of insight into what happens on a stock exchange. – See analyst rating, big figure, stock market language, financial asophy, financial language, handle, jargon, floor trading, pips, floor trading, language imperialism.
