National body with the purpose of exchanging information between the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority, insurance companies and the German Insurance Association. BaFin is the lead institution. The main focus is on issues of Europe-wide harmonization (here: legislative and prudential alignment) with regard to supervisory regulations.
