Pursuant to Section 632a of the German Civil Code (BGB), payment for a service rendered in accordance with the contract, as a result of which the recipient of the service receives an increase in value. Such cash transfers are common in the area of private households and companies, especially in the supply of electricity and gas by the provider (supplier).
